TimeClock provides you with everything you need to track employee attendance. It lets workers clock in and out, take breaks and more, and it records the time of each event. The software can also provide you with detailed logs, so you will know when everyone came in, who came in late or who took some time off. Its simple and straightforward design allows you to carry out any operation on the fly, and your employees clock in and out without encountering any difficulties.

The software is free to try for two months, during which you can use it without encountering any functionality restrictions. It works on Windows 7 and all later editions, up to Windows 10, and it can be installed in just a few seconds. The application doesn't require any special tools or services to be running on your computer, and it doesn't use a significant amount of memory or processing power.

TimeClock comes with a full-screen user interface, but it still lets you perform other actions on the computer it's running on. It displays user accounts as separate tiles, and one only needs to select their account and hit a "Clock in" button on a separate window. The software also displays options for taking a short break or a lunch break. You can make additional options available for your employees from the software's general settings menu, which is accessible only with a password (default is 1234).

To prevent people from meddling with other accounts that are not their own, you can set the application to password-protect them, which means that employees will also need to type a PIN when they clock in and out. Furthermore, you can enable other options for users, like taking time off for holidays, sick leave or simple absence.

Creating a new user account is a simple matter of typing in a name, selecting a gender, picking an avatar, importing a picture or taking a snapshot with the webcam. You can also specify a service department for each employee and set the application to sort them by this criterion on the main screen, and make clocking in fast and easy for everybody, regardless if they work in management, accounting or other departments.
